It was last October when one OFW in Abu Dhabi saw Kerwin Espinosa in a convenience store. The OFW took picture and send to Sandra Cam the president of Whistleblower Association of the Philippines thru Viber smartphone application. Kerwin Espinosa was alleged fugitive and dr*g lords in Eastern Visayas.
Sandra Cam check the name in the passport of Kerwin Espinosa and she call Sec Bonggo to inform the President that the alleged dr*g lord was in Abu Dhabi. Many OFW knows Kerwin Espinosa when he was flash in all TV network here in Philippines. Kerwin was friendly and generous to the Filipino in Abu Dhabi by giving money. He was renting one flat in Abu Dhabi worth 95,000 dirhams a year which worth more than Php 1 million in our currency.
Sandra Cam told the media that Kerwin was requesting to qualify for the Witness Protection Program(WPP) of the DOJ. She was in Abu Dhabi as the WPP president ,for the request of Kerwin and the president inform Sandra Cam that Kerwin must be alive . He will stay on the PNP Custodial Center when he will come to the country Sec. Aguirre added and he will not go to Albuera Leyte the Chief PNP told the media.
